Can I get this spray assembly with a threaded connection rather than a quick connect?

Asked by: jo
Hi, Jo! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we no longer have a threaded connection sprayer assembly. We do have an adapter if you do need the threaded part. The adapter is RP41478. Here is a link for the part: Best Regards, Rosanna

What sprayer model is the right size for me?

My old kitchen sink side sprayer sticks up right about 4" from the support piece. What models will match this height?
Asked by: emwoodli
Thank you for your question! All Collins and Classic models will have a sprayer that is 4 3/4"(121 mm) high from the counter, or about 4" from the top of the base. If you find a model you like and aren't sure about the height of the sprayer, you can check the technical specifications found under the Documents and Specs tab of each model. Below is a link to both of these collections. Best regards, Edward

I have a Delta Waterfall faucet with side spray purchased before 2000, probably model 172-WHWF, and I need to replace the side spray assembly. This looks like the part I need but I'm thinking this has a quick connect fitting on the end and my existing side spray does not (screws in). Will this part work? If not, what should I purchase?
Asked by: Terry K
Dear Terry K, Thank you for your question. Yes, the RP39345WH is a Delta Quick Connect Spray and Hose Assembly. If you do not have the Quick Connect unit, you will need the RP28900WH. This sprayer and hose assembly is also a Quick Connect, but comes with the threaded to Quick Connect adapter kit, to attach to your faucet. Best regards, Tanya

I need two Delta p/n RP39345, in polished brass finish. I am uncertain whether the hoses are a quick-connect or a conventional threaded model. The hose attachment points are nearly inaccessible behind the deep sinks these faucet units serve, and I have crow-foot wrenches if they become necessary. Question: considering that the hose attachments are in a near-invisible site, how can I best determine whether they are quick-connect or conventional? We purchased this faucet unit in 1998 or '99 when we built our home.
Asked by: ABC
Hi ABC, Thank you for your question. Your faucet will require an RP41478 Threaded to Quick Connect Adapter and an RP6015 support assembly to use this sprayer and hose. Faucets manufactured prior to 2003 will have a threaded connection. Best regards, Jon

Is it possible

To purchase the spray head only? Mine is leaking from behind the button but the hose is fine. Or is it possible to pop the button lose so I can clean behind it with out breaking the plastic?
Asked by: Sefi
Hi Sefi, Thank you for your question! The head on the RP39345SS does not come as a separate part and the button can not be removed without breaking the sprayer. Best regards, Brandis

Can I order the black plastic quick connect hose clips with spring for my model 172-ss kitchen faucet? If so, what is the part no.?

Asked by: Jon
Hi Jon, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, just the clip is not available. The RP37034GR hose will resolve any issue if you are needing just the clip. Thanks, Alexis

How is this different from RP28900?

Photo seems identical, I'm trying to determine if there is a difference before I place an order? Thanks! Nelson
Asked by: KPH
Hi KPH, Thank you for your question. The spray assembly and hose for the RP39345 and RP28900 are identical. The RP28900 comes with adapters to convert the hose quick connect to older model faucets with different connections. Thanks, Dave
