Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks - same as most others on here Leaks at sprayer - need to let sprayer dangle in sink unless you want a puddle of water all over the place. Trying to decide to buy replacement sprayer or throw the whole mess away. STAY AWAY

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No stars, horrible install, took forever This was a terrible product, tried to help install the new hose took an hour we had to cut the end off and hose clamp it to under the sink. The hose wasnt even clicking in place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks Ours leaks also. We have replaced it once already and it is leaking again. Went to where we bought it and they don't carry them anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking in less than a week Last weekend installed Delta's 21988LF faucet. Installation was simple. in less than a week the side sprayer developed a leak at the plastic sprayer face whenever you use the faucet. Cannot find a diagram or fix on this site.Seems to be a washer problem but can't find a blow-up or disassembly diagram. Very disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Squeeze handle leaks We bought this about a year ago. About two months ago it started leaking through the squeeze handle. Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but leaked within a year Leaks at every seam. Very disappointed, as Delta wants $68 to replace it. Wish I'd found my receipt sooner, I would have returned. Now, I'd just like a sprayer that doesn't leak.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks like everyone else's Leaks down into my cabinet when I'm running water from the tap. The only way to combat this is to pull it out and let it dangle in the sink. Has barely been used. I CANNOT believe there are so many people in here with the sane problem. Quality Control much???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leak in under 6 months! We bought a newly renovated house with this sink and sprayer installed. Guess what I get to do less than 6 months after?! Replace the hose head! The stupid thing is leaking from under the squeeze handle??? Looking at these reviews, I might decide to get a different head entirely. What a joke.

How do you reconnect the sprayer hose

Asked by: louis
Hi Louis, Thank you for your question. Please make sure that there is a block with two tabs on the pipe (RP60121). The hose should click into place when you slide it onto the pipe nipple. To remove it, squeeze the two tabs together, push up, and pull down. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp60121.html Best regards, Jon

The spray head recently cracked and now leaks. Is it possible to get the head only?

Asked by: Chris
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the spray head from the RP54807OB sprayer assembly is not available as a separate item. The entire assembly would have to be ordered. Thanks, Dave

When water is turned on, there is a recurring "thumping" and subsequent leaking from connection on sprayer. Will new sprayer solve "thumping" issue?

Asked by: Tim
Hi Tim, Thank you for your question. Based on your description the most likely issue is the diverter assembly needing to be cleaned or replaced. The diverter assembly is usually located under the spout. Please refer to your owners manual for the parts breakdown of your specific model. Thanks, Dave

Thumping noise caused by side spray?

I have a similar problem to Tim who experienced a thumping noise and a leak at the side spray. I have that same thumping noise in my faucet that recently started. My side spray handle now leaks at it's base where the hose enters. When I use the side spray the thump disappears and so does the leak. Do you still think it's the diverter assembly?

how do you disconnect spray hose RP54807 faucet

Asked by: Pete
Hi Pete, Thank you for your question. To remove the RP54807 spray hose you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting. Thanks, Dave

Connection

I just bought this part and am trying to figure out how to connect it to the faucet. It fits snug when I slide it on, but nothing clicks or holds it in place, so it can just be pulled right back off again. It looks like there ought to be some other piece that snaps in place to hold it together, but nothing else came in the package.
Asked by: Jesse
I am having the same issue. Ya'll sent me the tiny part that should attach to the nipple of the faucet with the O rings, but absolutely no instructions and the link you provided on a similar post does not work. Help please?? I've been without a kitchen sink for 3 days now
