We have Cassidy polished nickel faucet and drains. Does this come in polished nickel? Is another finish term the same as polished nickel? If not what should purchase?

Asked by: Dennis Mac
Hi, Dennis Mac! Thank you for your question. We no longer have the RP5648 available in the Polished Nickel finish. We do have the RP26533 in Polished Nickel, if needed. Here is a link to the unit: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP26533PN Best Regards, Rosanna

how do replace the cap only? The one we have screws on and the remainder to the stopper stays in the drain.

Asked by: ps
Hi ps, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to remove the cap from the stopper. In some installations, you will first need to remove the horizontal rod to take out the stopper. Simply loosen the nut on the back of the drain, pull out the horizontal rod then lift out the stopper. Best regards, Jon

How do you remove the stopper to clean the drain?

I have attempted to rotate the stopper while open and it does not disengage from the lever arm.
Asked by: Dennis
Yes, a stopper does have to be removeable in order to clean the gunk that collects on the underside of the stopper and underneath. Delta Customer Service by phone says that although the tailpipe is connected to the lift rod assembly, this stopper can indeed be twisted off in the sink for cleaning purposes. Either Delta has changed the design since a rep answered this question a while back, or CS is wrong. Need to know before purchasing!

Does this stopper say Delta on the top of the stopper?

All of my bathroom sinks have Delta faucets and drain stoppers, I'd like to replace the drain stoppers. The current drain stoppers say Delta on the top of the stopper and I'd like to replace them with ones that also say Delta on the top. The picture shown does not show that it says Delta on the top.
Asked by: smaddox
Dear Smaddox, Thank you for your question. The Delta Drain Stoppers RP5648 no longer carry the Delta name on them. Best regards, Tanya

What is the proper drain for 792-ss-dst faucet?

Asked by: Becky
Hello Becky, Thank you for your question! The 792-SS-DST single handle vessel lavatory faucet does not include a pop up drain. You can choose from any vessel bowl drain such as our RP6346SS. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp6346ss.html Best regards, Brandis
