I have the 9192T-AR-DST, it originally didn't come with the spray shield, I just received the replacement spray wand, but no instructions on how to get the spray wand off. I don't want to force it, seems there has to be an easy way to get it off?

Asked by: TJR1
Thank you for your question, TJR1! The hose connection now has a very small tab on it. The wand has castellations, or regularly spaced notches, that engage that tab. Connecting the wand and hose are the same as always, but to disconnect the wand from the hose, you must hold down the small button on the tab on the hose for about a quarter of a turn. From that point, the tab is no longer engaged in the wand and can be removed without depressing the button. The hose then inserts into the adapter (with a couple of clicks to become secure) which prevents the hose from being unscrewed when connected. Best regards, Edward

Low flow on model # 9192T-AR-DST touch 20 Addison.  Checked manual and removed assembly but cannot remove aerator and wrench.  Can I soak whole assembly, rp60976, in 50-50 solution of white vinegar and water?  Thanks

Asked by: Timm
Thank you for your question, Timm! I'm sorry to hear this aerator is not removing easily and we would be happy to help. A 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water can be poured directly into the wand to help break up any buildup inside. You could soak the whole wand in this mixture but we recommend only leaving it in for thirty minuets to an hour so as not to damage the finish. If you need further assistance with this part, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-345-3358 or email us at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best regards, Edward

Is RP60977SS compatible and exchangable for RP60976SS?

The faucet was purchased and Lowes (Ashton 19922-SSSD-DST) finish is Brilliance Stainless. The wand assembly needs replaced. Is a (non Lowes) RP60976SS a good replacement (fit and finish)?
Asked by: Charlie
Hi Charlie, Thank you for your questions. The wands are model specific. The correct wand assembly for the 19922-SSSD-DST is the RP60977SS. If you need warranty parts assistance please call our toll free homeowner/warranty line at 1-800-345-3358. Thanks, Dave

How do I repair the wand assembly?

The water flow seems to be ok in the spray mode, but in the flow mode the control seems to not completely stay in place and partially reverts back to the spray mode. How can this be remedied?

Does the Addison touch kitchen faucet have a water flow restrictor? if so, how do you remove?

Asked by: Julie
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9192T- DST has a 1.5 gpm at 60 psi. We do not recommend taking out an parts to increase the water flow as it will void your warranty. We do manufaucture other styles with higher water flows if this water flow is not high enough for you.

How do I remove spray assembly for cleaning?

Faucet is Oil Rubbed Bronze
Asked by: Jim
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP60976 should unscrew from the hose if you need to clean it. Make sure you pull the hose all the way out so that it sits in the sink. Otherwise when you take the wand off to clean, the hose could slip back into the spout and will need to be re-threaded through the spout. We recommend a very mild cleaner for your hose. We suggest a 50/50 soution of white vinegar and water to clean your faucet.
