Anchor kit misrepresented
I needed two pair of these to hang two towel racks. No where in the listing does it say that these come as a pair although that would make sense. So I ordered four. First I received a shipping box with two plastic packages. Each plastic package contained a pair of anchors. I was pleased - exactly what I needed. Then a week later I received another box with a different return address with two more plastic packages, each containing a pair of anchors. So I have eight when I needed four and paid for four when I only needed two. I guess if I were psychic I would have known a "kit" meant a pair.

Does this kit (RP 61122) come with the (2) small allen screws for securing the bar to the brackets?
