How to order longer horizontal rod,one in the box is not long enough, need one with 10 inch long, installed undermount sink ,wide spread
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture a longer horizontal rod for the RP62472 Plastic Pop-Up assembly. However, we do manufacture a Metal Pop-Up assembly and Push Pop-Up assembly. We also do have longer horizontal rod options for the metal pop-up assembly.

How does the round rubber gasket and plastic piece that fell out when taking the pivot nut off go together?
When I took off the pivot nut from the Pop-up assembly a rubber gasket and a plastic piece (looks like the ball fits into) fell out, yet there is no such items shown on the installation diagrams. I put the piece of plastic then the gasket on the horizontal rod and then put the pivot nut on and tightened it. Now I get leakage around the pivot nut, so are the washer and piece of plastic necessary and if so why are they not pictured in the diagrams to show how they are installed?
Thank you for your question. The black rubber gasket and white plastic pivot seat are usually inside of the tail piece, where the horizontal rod connects. To install these parts in your Delta Plastic Pop-Up assembly RP62472, you would install in the white plastic Pivot seat next to the ball (of the horizontal rod) and black rubber gasket then goes on right next to it.

Is there a part number for just the nut that hold the horizontal (ball) rod in?
Looking for the nut that holds the ball/rod in for the plastic pop-up assembly.
Thank you for your question. The nut is not available separately.

Is there a gasket or seal under the stopper flange? I have a leak between the flange and the bottom of the sink. Instructions call for a silicone bead
Thank you for your question. We do recommend to use silicone under the flange. Unfortunately, we do not provide a gasket to go between the flange and sink. Please be sure to allow the silicone to fully cure (usually 24 hrs) before running water from the faucet.
However, the included gasket should seal against the under side of the sink. If the sink is rough or uneven, you may need to use a thin bead of silicone. Please not that this pop up will only work with sinks with a depth of 1 5/8 - 2 3/8".
