I see a limit in my cart, why can’t I order more than 4 of each item?

Because Delta® Recertified products are returns, we have a limited quantity of each product.

What if I have a question or need to return my Delta® Recertified product?

You may contact us in a variety of ways:

E-mail - You may fill out our Contact Us form to send a message directly to Customer Service.

Phone - You may call the 1-800-345-DELTA (3358) Customer Service number and speak with a representative during the following business hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET and Saturday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET

When calling Delta Faucet, please use the following prompts to direct your call:
Press 1 for Commercial Products
Press 2 for Kitchen, Bathroom, or Tub/Shower Faucets
Press 3 for Bathroom or Kitchen Accessories (soap dispenser, towel bar, etc.)

What is a Delta® Recertified product?

Delta® Recertified products are returned, unused items that include all parts, and have been inspected to meet the quality standards of new Delta® products – no dents, scratches, or blemishes. The packaging may have stickers and minor flaws, or the product may be completely repackaged.

What is the cost of shipping?

For a limited time, standard shipping is free for orders $49+ and expedited shipping will be available for $15.99

What is the warranty for a Delta® Recertified product?

These products have a 10-Year Limited warranty on parts and finishes (other than electronic parts and batteries), a 5-year Limited warranty on electronic parts (other than batteries), and a 1-year Limited warranty for commercial purchasers – for full warranty details, visit here.

When will I receive my product after I purchase?

You can expect to receive your product within 4 – 8 business days with standard shipping and 1-3 days with expedited shipping.

Where do Delta® Recertified products come from?

We accept returns from retailers then inspect each product to ensure it is unused, includes all parts, and meets our high quality standards.
