Hose lengths???
It would be SO helpful if you listed ALL hose lengths with your faucets. The minute a client sees one length listed, the question always come up--"What length is the hose I'm getting?!"
Asked by: John
Hi John,
Thank you for your question! This hose is 54". The hose length for each faucet can be found in the Technical Specifications under the "Product Support, Repair Parts & Tech Specs" tab on the product page.

My connection water hose needs to be replaced. The factory 54" hose is braided stainless steel. The one in this picture is black. Is it metal or plastic? Am I going to have a connection problem?
Asked by: Wesley
Thank you for your question Wesley!
The Delta RP50390 hose is non-metallic and has a braided nylon covering. The replacement for the metallic hose, which we no longer manufacture, is the RP44647.

How do I remove hose (RP32527) for 470-SS faucet (installed)
I have the 470-SS faucet installed and I need to remove the host (part#RP32527) so that I can tighten the base to the counter. The faucet is too loose and moves when I turn the faucet on/off. I can't figure out how to tighten it unless I remove the hose.
Also, I have the instructions for the faucet but they don't have "disassembly" instructions so I'm not sure how to disconnect this hose.
RP32527 might be RP30590 now. It's 32527 in my manual but online it shows as 30590. Thank you.
Asked by: ChrisA
Thank you for your post! Delta part #RP32527 is the hose assembly for our pullout faucets. We, first, recommend removing the clip that connects the hose to the supply lines (under the sink). After the clip is removed, the hose should be able to be removed by pulling it off. To tighten the base to the counter, we recommend the use of Delta part #RP11722 (nut and wrench).

how do you take apart the RP50390 quick connect hose so i can take my faucet off and be able to put it back together?
Asked by: Roger
Thank you for your question, Roger. To remove the hose, first place a bucket under the sink to catch any residual water. Next, push the blue clip with your thumbs on the flat edges to remove it from the hose. Pull the hose down to remove it from the PEX tube. You can then pull the spray wand and hose all the way out of the faucet and unscrew the hose from the wand. Note that there is a small black button on the hose that you will press to allow it to unscrew. The hose does not disassemble further. Reverse these steps to re-install the hose.

Can I get a hose replacement that is 6-8 inches shorter?
The current hose hangs too low under my sink and the weight keeps hitting and snagging on a valve fixture below. I need a hose that is 6-8 inches shorter to avoid contact and not cause possible damage to any valves and plastic filtered water lines.
Asked by: Lippen
Hi Lippen,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a shorter hose assembly. It may help to use a piece of cardboard to block the hose from snagging on objects under the sink.

Hi Jet,
Thank you for your question. The RP44647 cannot be replaced by the RP50390. Either hose will connect to the same wand assembly, however, the faucet end connection is different. The RP50390 is only designed to work with DST models.
