Delta Faucet Company is committed to the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise under the following conditions:

Non-Defective Returns
  • Returned products must be in resalable condition.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items returned must have a minimum value of $15.
  • There is no re-stocking fee for returned merchandise.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the product (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received).
  • Prior authorization is required for all returned products. In order to obtain authorization, please call 877-282-3143 or email customercare@deltafaucet.com.
  • Authorized returns should be sent to:

  • Please allow 30 days for us to process your return and issue credit.
Defective Returns
  • If your product is damaged at the time of receipt or defective within the applicable warranty period, Delta Faucet Company will repair or replace (at our option) your item at no charge.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • There is no re-stocking fee for returned merchandise.
  • Prior authorization is required for all returned products. In order to obtain authorization, please call 877-282-3143 or email customercare@deltafaucet.com.
  • Customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges associated with the return of the product (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received). If the product is found to be damaged at the time of receipt or defective within the applicable warranty period, shipping charges will be refunded.
