Outrageous price.
Pump function failed after about a year of normal use. No manufacturer backup for an outrageously priced unit, hand pump and plastic soap bottle.
Replaced it with $10 similar Chinese unit.

SOAP/LOTION DISPENSER
Love the dispenser as it matches my kitchen faucet. I filled it with hand lotion - which is handy to have at the kitchen sink. The packaging box didn't include the filling funnel. Disappointing that it was missing from the box. I haven't been able to rectify this error. I'll try again to contact you.

Q&A
The bracket for my under mount sink is right where the bottle would attach, is there an extension kit?
Thank you for your question. We do have an extension kit for soap dispensers that would add 1" to your model. You can purchase Delta Faucet model # RP31845 from your local retailer or wholesaler.

I purchased the Victorian Faucet at Lowes. The color just says "stainless". I need an additional soap dispenser as we use one for dish soap and one for hand soap and they are side by side. Which color do I order so it matches exactly?
Hello Randi,
Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Soap / Lotion Dispenser and I am happy to help you today.
We manufacture this dispenser in a Stainless Steel finish, model RP50813SS as well as Spotshield Stainless, model RP50813SP.
If you could please respond back to the email I sent to you with either the model number of your faucet and soap dispenser, a photo of your faucet and soap dispenser or both, if known, we will be happy to identify which finish of soap dispenser you will need to purchase in order to match your model.
Please do not hesitate to give us a call on our warranty line at 800-345-3358 if we can assist you with anything going forward.
Thank you,
Brandy

Can you just purchase the pump separately for the rp50813 dispenser assembly? Will the pump (rp21908) for the rp37039 assembly work for rp50813 dispenser.
Thank you for your question, Larry! No, the RP21908 pump will not fit the RP50813AR soap dispenser. The entire soap dispenser would need to be purchased, in order to get the correct pump.
Best Regards, Benjamin
