The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality provides maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only, or both the shower head and hand shower at once. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering, and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Received it yesterday and the shower head is plastic doesn't look like Delta quality. I'll revaluate my review once it's installed but I'm glad I didn't pay list price for it at this point. Good thing it comes with a 10 yr warranty.

Is this compatible with a rp19804 valve

Yes, this Delta Faucet model 142747--BL-I-R Monitor 14 Series Shower With WaterSense In2ition Two-In-One Shower (Recertified) In Matte Black will work with a valve that utilizes the RP19804 cartridge assembly. I currently have a Delta shower head and faucet, from home built in 1992. Will this product work, to replace and update the old fixtures?

Hello Goose, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Faucet Monitor 14 Series Shower With WaterSense In2ition Two-In-One Shower (Recertified), model 142747-BL-I-R! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Models manufactured in Sept. 2006 or later will have a MultiChoice valve, which will allow you to change the series of trim. MultiChoice series numbers are 13, 14, 17, or 17T. Units made before this date can be upgraded, but only with a trim of the corresponding series. 1300/1400 Series trims can be replaced with 13/14 Series trim kits using the original RP19804 cartridge, and 1700 Series trims can be replaced with 17 Series trim kits using the RP32104 cartridge. MultiChoice model cartridges will have a gray top; prior models have a white top. I am building a house and I my plumber installed delta valve and now I am looking at the t142855-bl-I I am going to need everything else for installation, does this come with all the stuff I will need for a shower only

Hi Bubba, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 142747-BL-I-R. Yes, this shower fits a Delta MultiChoice valve and includes one. Everything should be included for your shower. The included handle, trim, and cartridge would finish the valve. The included shower arm fits a standard 1/2" threaded pipe connection, which was likely installed by the plumber with the valve. Does this shower head need additional trim kit purchased?
