The Chamberlain™ collection’s subtle flares and circular form create a stylish composition in a trim design. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality provides maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only, or both the shower head and hand shower at once. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering, and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this product! The worse choice ever. Got it installed in my new shower only a couple of weeks ago. Not only is my shower cold as ice, as I’m u able to turn the faucet all the way to hot, but today, the handheld shower doesn’t even run anymore. I came to the manufacturer site hoping I’d be able to find a demonstration video, and was disappointed. I wouldn’t buy anything from this brand again in hindsight.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hand held stopped working few months after install Loved this shower head when I first had it installed. Now, the switch on the handheld doesn't work after less than 5 months installed. The switch doesn't change the water flow so I can use the massage feature. It's stuck in standard flow mode. I hope it can be replaced. Otherwise, it's now useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic parts that break easily The fitting that is on the shower head that attaches to the shower arm is made out of plastic. With simply hand tightening and screwing on to the shower arm, the plastic piece cracked and split. Looking at the parts listed, this specific piece cannot be purchased separately. It's a complete waste of money and now I have a bran new shower head that cannot be used. I've even tried searching for aftermarket parts but no one seems to carry the specific fitting to replace.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy The plastic connector (that screws the shower head onto the water pipe that comes out of the wall) broke immediately after installation, when I adjusted the shower head the very first time. Never even took a shower before it broke! Never buy this terrible product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like the looks and the features but... We have only had this installed for a few months and the handle is leaking around the head. Made of cheap plastic. I bought Delta because I thought it would be quality and I wouldn't have to mess with it for years to come. I have a cheap Walmart head that is similar in one of my other bathrooms that has been installed and problem free for e years now. Sad to see this kind of quality from Delta. Used to be the gold standard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never buy Got 2 for 2 bathrooms about 2 month ago. The handheld spreyer stopped working after two months. Now i feel stuck with it. i paid over $400 to install them. If i didnt have to pay to install new ones i would return it.

How to adjust to allow more hot water?

We have had this showerhead for 18 months and we love it. Is there a way to control the water pressure with this faucet? The one other issue is that the pause button has stopped working on the wand. I think the pressure is too high to work.

We just moved in and this shower head looks brand new.  The outside head works but no water from the inside head.  Do we need to replace this or replace the cartridge?

Hello LMscal, I am sorry that you are experiencing no water flow from the hand shower of your Delta Faucet 14 Series Shower With WaterSense In2ition Two-In-One Shower, model 142747-BL-I; however, I am happy to assist you. We recommend soaking the hand shower in a bowl or bucket with a 50/50 solution of white distilled vinegar and water. Please allow the hand shower to soak for a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes. Once the product has finished the soak - you will need to rinse it off thoroughly. Soaking the hand shower in the 50/50 solution allows for any possible debris to break down and deteriorate. When the possible debris deteriorates due to the 50/50 solution, your hand shower should have water flowing through it again! If this is not the case. Please do not hesitate to reach back out to us.
