Installed and had escutcheon screw break off on valve body bracket, had to replace and order new screw...takes over 3 weeks and 20.00 and still not here.

Shower Head Defective
Shower head button doesn't work at all. Water dribbles out. Tried reinstalling multiple times and trouble shooting but the button to change the stream is very cheap feeling and doesn't 'click' properly to actually work as described.

Modern Skeek Look
Delta products never disappoint. I replaced an older delta valve with this one after moving the valve closer to the seat in my converters bath to shower project. The older one was nice but a little too big for my ‘new’ shower. Love the simple lines and how it works with the rest of my shower hardware.

Worst Shower Faucet Ever
The 14 series has a criticality flawed rough in and cartridge. Once is starts leaking it is impossible to fix. Even with new cartridges. This is infuriating to the point that a new shower needs to be ripped out in a year to replace the rough in with a brand that works. DO NOT BUY

I currently have a Delta 6611-BBLHP Single Handle Shower unit and would like to replace the TRIM ONLY with the trim in the Nicoli 14 shower unit (Model#: 142749-CZ). Are they compatible?

My shower head does not change through the 5 shower options. Recently, it lost all pressure but when I push the button to try to change the cycle, the pressure returns. Any troubleshooting ideas.
