PRODUCT FEATURES
The fluid lines of the Arvo™ Bath Collection bring a delicate, serene look to the bath. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance.
  • The In2ition® Two-in-One Shower gets water where you need it most using the integrated shower head and hand shower separately or together
  • Perfect for bathing loved ones and pets as well as keeping the inside of your shower and tub clean
  • Spray settings include Full Body spray, Full Spray with Massage, Massage spray, and Pause
  • Pause feature reduces water to a trickle, giving you space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks while maintaining your temperature settings
  • Soft, rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up from the spray face of your shower head and hand shower with the touch of a finger
  • Complete unit includes trim and MultiChoice® Universal Valve with rough-in
  • ADA Compliant
  • WaterSense® labeled shower heads use at least 20% less water than the industry standard without compromising performance
  • Monitor® 14 Series pressure balanced bath mixing valve

Rated 1 out of 5 by from PIECE OF CRAP!! I was under the impression that the fixtures Ferguson sold were "commercial grade", well, this thing certainly is not. Plastic threads, the wand falls out if it's cradle easily. Junk!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great and works well I've been using this for a few weeks now and honestly, I'm pretty happy with it overall. Right out of the box, it looked really nice and had a clean, modern design that didn't feel cheap or overly flashy, It fits in well with the rest of my space and definitely looks better in person than I expected. Putting it together wasn't too bad either. It took me a Wittle time to get everything lined up correctly, but the assembly process was manageeble and not overty frustrating, I was able to do it myself without needing extra help, which was a plus. As far as functionality goes, it works the way I hoped it would. Everything feels intuitive and easy to operate, and after the first use I didn't really need to think much about it, I've been using it regularly and it's been reliable so far with no major issues. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are a couple small things that could be improved, mostly with setup instructions and a few minor design details. Nothing dealbreaking at all, just little things I noticed after using it for a while. Overall though, I'd still recommend it because it looks good, works well, and feels like a solid purchase for the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with the shower faucet. Regret buying it We just had our bathroom remodeled and the contractor put this shower faucet. I do not like the water pressure. It is more like a rain shower. We took off the shower head and found a lot of debris inside. But after cleaning that off, the shower water pressure is still too low. I regret buying this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Leaks Attractive and easy to install. But it leaks. Brand new from box and does not shut off. Disappointing after the work it takes getting my shower remodeled. I called the help line and delta is sending me new spring and caps for the inside. I hope this is an easy fix.

How do I get the handles off to make it hotter?

Asked by: JimJ

I purchased the Arvo 14 Series 142480 (shower Only). I am remodeling my bathroom shower. I did not find a test plug or a Plaster Guard Cover in the original packing from AMAZON. Were these item(s) to be included? Protecting from tile mortar.

Asked by: Goode
Hi Goode, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 142840-I. The plasterguard cover is no longer part of the assembly as it is not crucial to packaging or installation. Because a cartridge is included, the test plug is not needed. The test plug is only needed to test for leaks if the valve is installed without a cartridge Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

just had an arvo 14 shower faucet installed. sleeve moves in and out when pulled and can be turned by hand. is this normal? what function does the sleeve have?

Asked by: Senior1
Hi Senior1, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144840-SP-I. The sleeve covers the cartridge and bonnet, so they aren't visible. It's normal for the sleeve to move. The o-ring in the sleeve should act as a spacer and help steady the sleeve. The o-ring should rest behind the bonnet nut. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

This unit was recently installed in my house about a month ago. And now it has started to drip from the shower head. Is there an easy fix I could try without calling plumber back to the house?

Asked by: jde124

I recently had the Arvo shower head with hand-held shower installed, and need some very simple guidance about how to make it work. 1) How to take down the hand-held shower. It is very secure. 2) water stopped coming out of hand-held (despite setting).

Our water pressure seems to be less

Asked by: Dmcb
Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us back, I have included the flushing instructions below. To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below. 1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size Allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle, it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle. 2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve. 3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks. 4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small, skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out. 5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body. 6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds. 7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
