The fluid lines of the Arvo™ Bath Collection bring a delicate, serene look to the bath. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. PIECE OF CRAP!!
I was under the impression that the fixtures Ferguson sold were "commercial grade", well, this thing certainly is not. Plastic threads, the wand falls out if it's cradle easily. Junk!

Looks great and works well
I've been using this for a few weeks now and honestly, I'm pretty happy with it overall. Right out of the box, it looked really nice and had a clean, modern design that didn't feel cheap or overly flashy, It fits in well with the rest of my space and definitely looks better in person than I expected. Putting it together wasn't too bad either. It took me a Wittle time to get everything lined up correctly, but the assembly process was manageeble and not overty frustrating, I was able to do it myself without needing extra help, which was a plus. As far as functionality goes, it works the way I hoped it would. Everything feels intuitive and easy to operate, and after the first use I didn't really need to think much about it, I've been using it regularly and it's been reliable so far with no major issues.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are a couple small things that could be improved, mostly with setup instructions and a few minor design details. Nothing dealbreaking at all, just little things I noticed after using it for a while. Overall though, I'd still recommend it because it looks good, works well, and feels like a solid purchase for the money.

Not happy with the shower faucet. Regret buying it
We just had our bathroom remodeled and the contractor put this shower faucet. I do not like the water pressure. It is more like a rain shower. We took off the shower head and found a lot of debris inside. But after cleaning that off, the shower water pressure is still too low. I regret buying this.

Love it!

Leaks
Attractive and easy to install. But it leaks. Brand new from box and does not shut off. Disappointing after the work it takes getting my shower remodeled. I called the help line and delta is sending me new spring and caps for the inside. I hope this is an easy fix.

Delta DELTA 142840-SP-I Arvo shower. The water comes out the stationary part but not out of the handheld part. I have been unable to find out how this adjustment is supposed to work. Can you please assist me?

On the right side of the showerhead is a diverter knob (not shown in photos). It has three positions. When you turn it, the water flow will come from either the hand shower, showerhead, or both at the same time.

Just had Arvo series 14 shower installed and I can’t adjust where the shower sprays. Does this have the ability to move the head unit right or left? If so, how do I do that? Your manual is silent on this. Never had a shower head that would not move.

The showerhead can be rotated up/down and left or right as a ball connector in the back allows for this. You will want to ensure the showerhead is not overtightened to the shower arm.

Our water pressure seems to be less
Hi Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting us back, I have included the flushing instructions below.
To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below.
1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size Allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle, it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle.
2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve.
3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks.
4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small, skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out.
5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body.
6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds.
7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced.
