Shower head cracked
Similar to other reviews, the plastic shower head cracked soon after it was installed. Customer service was very good and they sent another free of charge without any issues.

looks great, works great....until plastic cracks
I took a chance on this head, because 8% of the amazon reviews said the swivel on the head is plastic and cracks easily. Sure enough, my son went to adjust the head the first time and it snapped off, just like the other reviews. It's only 2 months old.
I contacted Delta for a warranty, which I am still confident that they will back, but the customer service lady was less than helpful. She asked me for my order info. I said I no longer had it, but I ordered directly from their website, so figured she could look it up. I was surprised when she said she didn't have access to any order history as the customer service agent.
