Great Customer Service
Nice looking, but a lot of plastic, even the tub spout. The push button on the wand did not function out of the box, but Delta customer service was great, and had a new one delivered in a few days. Have not swapped them out yet.

do not buy
bought this set for a bathroom redo. First one came broken parts and missing pieces. Replacement one is not working right. I am definitely looking for a different set. Have to pay for it to be removed and replaced again

Is the body metal? Is the hose metal? Are the connectors that attach the hose to the rod metal? If now, what hand held units do you have that ARE made of metal?

What is the model # of the valve that comes with this trim set? Also, is it possible to get a two-handle control rather than the one-handle?

This model utilizes the R10000-UN rough-in valve. Unfortunately this model is only available in the single handle 14 Series version.
