Great Customer Service
Nice looking, but a lot of plastic, even the tub spout. The push button on the wand did not function out of the box, but Delta customer service was great, and had a new one delivered in a few days. Have not swapped them out yet.

do not buy
bought this set for a bathroom redo. First one came broken parts and missing pieces. Replacement one is not working right. I am definitely looking for a different set. Have to pay for it to be removed and replaced again

Q&A
144747-RB-I can this model be installed without going back to studs and replacing valve? Looking to renovate existing tiled shower. If yes is there a version that doesn't include valve, if no is there something else that is more renovation friendly?

Yes, you can install the trim only if you have a 1400 series valve installed. Please note that if you do have an older 1400 series valve and cartridge, the cartridge included with the new trim will not fit the old valve. We have many tub/shower trims that do not include the valve body, however, this model includes the valve and does not have an option without it.

I want this combo, I have a delta set in the shower but just a head I need a handheld as well

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144747-RB-I.
This faucet includes a MultiChoice R10000 valve rough-in. If you already have a MultiChoice valve installed with your current faucet, it would not be necessary to change the valve.
The included 2-in-1 showerhead does not need an additional diverter. It is installed with the included shower arm with 1/2" threaded connections.
The included tub spout uses a 1/2" copper pipe with a slip-on installation.

This product is not available at Home Depot in the brushed nickel.I was told it is on back order,they do not know when it will become available.Do you have more information about this being on back order? It is too expensive to buy direct from Delta
How do I find out if the valve for 144747-BL-I will fit my shower? I have what looks like a Delta one handle classic faucet. I am unable to locate a modle number, but there is ASSE 106 P DELTA stamped on my current one. Thank you

If you are using a 14 series valve prior to 2006, you can use any of our current T14 or 14 series tub/shower trims. Please note that the cartridges included with our new trims are not interchangeable with our old valves.
