Never order from Delta Ever, period
Never order from Delta Ever, period. They have terrible customer service reps that will straight up lie to your face without remorse. About 2 hours after my wife placed the order for this faucet, I realized that she ordered the wrong part per the valve that is already installed and piped into our wall. I then called Delta customer service about 3 hours after she placed the order to see if we can cancel. I was then lied to by the customer service rep, Daishana and she told me that we cannot cancel the order because the item has already shipped and the only thing we can do now is just return it once it is received. Weird because I found out about a week later after not receiving the package that it took an additional 4 days for the package to ship. Now all of a sudden, I have to pay an additional $40 in shipping fees in order to return the product.

have not had it for a year
i have not had this for a year and the shower head will not stay in holder keeps falling out spraying water all over. was installed by winegar plumbing.also i am dis abled from brain cancer.this thing fell from the mount and smacked me in the head .

I’m having trouble with the tub spout installation. I’m using a standard brass 1/2 pipe thread nipple and the provided adapter with set screw is smaller than the pipe thread. Is there an adapter I’m missing? Thanks

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144827-I.
The adapter included with the RP83677 tub spout is a slip-on adapter for a 1/2" copper pipe. To install the tub spout to 1/2" threads, the spout can also use the RP12307 threaded adapter or RP100154 universal adapter but they are sold separately. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes.

What’s the water flow on this style?

The included two-in-one showerhead has a maximum flow rate of 2.5 gpm. The tub port maximum flow rate is about 6 GPM, depending on the home water pressure.

RP83677 How can I get a replacement on the pull up diverter without purchasing another set? Problem I’m having is when running the shower the water comes out taking away from the full blaster of the shower.

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
The issue with your 144827-SP-I you are experiencing is what we call shower rise, There can be one of several reasons for shower rise:
• The valve could be upside down.
• The length from the valve to the tub spout is outside the 8" to 18" rule.
• There is more than one 90-degree angle elbow.
• Something other than ½" smooth copper or galvanized pipe was used going to the spout. No push fittings. No "shark-bite" fittings. No cast or drop ear elbows.
• Something restricting the water flow to the spout, e.g. solder or something lodged in the pipe. If this is the cause of shower-rise, it is possible to remove the blockage by removing the tub spout; then, feeding a plumber’s snake or a speedometer cable up through the tub drop. The act of feeding it causes it to twirl and loosen the blockage. Be sure to flush the valve before reinstalling the tub spout. Be sure to check the tub spout itself for blockage. Sending a shower cartridge will NOT fix this issue. The obstruction from the valve to the tub outlet must be remedied.
