Never order from Delta Ever, period
Never order from Delta Ever, period. They have terrible customer service reps that will straight up lie to your face without remorse. About 2 hours after my wife placed the order for this faucet, I realized that she ordered the wrong part per the valve that is already installed and piped into our wall. I then called Delta customer service about 3 hours after she placed the order to see if we can cancel. I was then lied to by the customer service rep, Daishana and she told me that we cannot cancel the order because the item has already shipped and the only thing we can do now is just return it once it is received. Weird because I found out about a week later after not receiving the package that it took an additional 4 days for the package to ship. Now all of a sudden, I have to pay an additional $40 in shipping fees in order to return the product.

have not had it for a year
i have not had this for a year and the shower head will not stay in holder keeps falling out spraying water all over. was installed by winegar plumbing.also i am dis abled from brain cancer.this thing fell from the mount and smacked me in the head .

Is there a temperature regulator inside the shower head for the Monitor shower heads.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144827-I.
The temperature is controlled by the mixing valve. The maximum temperature allowed can be increased by adjusting the Rotational Limit Stop counterclockwise.

Do you offer the shower arm mount in brushed nickel rather than this black plastic piece shown in the picture? This part is not labeled on the spec sheet with a number or shown on the parts page.
