Not as pictured!
I love the look of this set; however when we installed it today I was so disappointed because the top of the shower-head that connects to the pipe is cheap, grey plastic that doesn’t match the champagne bronze finish. It is an eyesore. When I called Delta they told me it is how the shower head is made so it can be properly screwed into the pipe. It makes no sense at all because the black shower head that we installed in another bathroom is matte black throughout and is just fine. Delta refuses to send me a new shower head that matches and told me I needed to buy a new shower head after spending $300 on this one. All the pictures show a champagne bronze finish on everything.

The look
Received the product snout two months ago, I've been slow putting it in my kids shower, but finally got around to it. I love the look it gives their bathroom, looks sophisticated! I wikl be recommending this brand of shower and tub faucet to my friends.

The Sparrow Tub & Shower Faucet has truly elevated our bath experience! The clean lines and subtle details bring a touch of sophistication to our space. Super stylish
My husband installed this Delta - Sparrow Tub and Shower Faucet in or master bath and it looks amazing! It is nice and sleek looking. It only took him 20 minutes to install, it was super easy and the directions were easy to follow. It makes my whole shower look great and upgraded. It matches my bathroom really well. The prices are made of great quality materials. This a great product in my opinion!

Is Silicone Caulking necessary after installing this trim kit? or is there a water seal gasket for the shower head/tub spout and handle where sealing the edges is not necessary?

Where can I obtain the correct owners manual for the delta sparrow shower head that I purchase? The manual I received has a completely different shower head than the one that came in the box :( I believe it is a series 14 unit. Please help!!!

i recently purchased and had installed the 144832 in black and the shower head was working initially switching from spray modes but now it is stuck on/between modes and will not switch when I push the shower head button. how do i get this repair/replace

Is the spout made of plastic or metal?

The instructions do NOT show how the tub spout goes on, it shows the shower head installation but not the tub spout.

How long to cut copper for tub spout in using sparrow line

You will want no more than 3 1/2" of copper coming from the wall when installing this tub spout.

Is there a mechanism on the delta monitor 14 series where you can adjust the level of hot water. We have very hot water to all other faucets in the home accept our master shower

The shower unit can be adjusted, I have attached a link to show how to adjust the RLS on our Delta shower cartridges. This will provide the option of hotter water, also we recommend making sure the water heater temperature is set to 120 or lower.
