Q&A
How can I remove the screen to clean out sediment that may have gathered behind it? The water pressure has decreased only to this shower following a renovation and I understand this can be the cause.

Our shower heads ship with a debris screen located inside of the connection. If there is debris we recommend a professional to flush the system to remove the debris, and to prevent scalding from the hot water during the flush.

I want to mount the Multichoice Valve on the opposite wall from the tub spout/shower head, but page 5 of instructions states the tub spout must be between 8 & 18" from the valve w/ only one 90 degree elbow. Can I use 3/4" pipe to achieve my desired layout
I have a Delta two-handle trim and valve (body V5 Delta MultiChoice. I want to switch to a one-handle (single-lever) shower trim. I think the question is whether I can use a T14 cartridge in the valve body that has a T17 cartridge now.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144840-SP-I-R.
If you have a Delta MultiChoice valve rough, introduced in 2006, A T14 cartridge will fit. You can use a 13, 14, 17, or 17T series tub and shower trim with an R10000 MultiChoice valve rough.
