Great water pressure!
This is one of the best shower heads I’ve had in my house. I love the brushed nickel color. The detachable shower head is amazing and the water pressure doesn’t get low once detached. I will be replacing all of my shower heads with this!

Quality Delta shower kit with smooth installation
This Delta shower kit arrived well packaged. Each component was individually wrapped and protected, and nothing was scratched or damaged. Super versatile
This set is super versatile. I love the detachable handheld sprayer is perfect to wash my hair, bathe my little ones and the dog. I even use it to clean the tub and the glass doors. It’s one of those things that I just wish I had sooner and it’s so much easier to bathe my toddler now. It’s sturdy and looks durable but keep in mind that at this price point you get plastic components in the handheld sprayer. I don’t know how I lived this long without such a product and maybe this is because I haven’t looked into showers in forever but it was truly a game changer for me.

Multiple settings and easy to use
I am excited to have this new shower set. The shower head is my favorite part with the detachable wand. There are several different settings depending how you like the water pressure. It’s easy to take off and put back on while showering. Overall I am very happy with it!

Tricky installation if you have an older tub but w
I love this product overall but man, was it a pain putting it in. (I currently don’t have a picture because we needed to reinstall it.) My shower is probably just as old as this house (50 some years) and for whatever reason I thought just switching out the head, faucet, etc. would be easy, lol. The couple days we did get it installed and up and running it worked beautifully! We have two smaller children that love to take baths and our older shower head was too large/ powerful for them. I absolutely love that you can detach the smaller head! It’s come in handy so far to also clean the tub and our dogs! It’s honestly more versatile than I had imagined. Plus the brushed nickel finish makes my old tub and bathroom look more elevated and modern! Aside from the installation problems, I would definitely recommend the Delta Arvo 14 Series Shower and Tub Trim!

Good looking and functional shower head and faucet
The shower head is really nice. It’s very light and easy to take on and off to use the hose. The color is great and I love that it has spot shield technology to prevent water spots/stains. I do worry about the longevity of the seal and the plastic but otherwise it’s great!

Nice shower/bath set, badic but beautiful.
Parts came boxed and packaged nicely. All the hardware was in bags so they didn't get scratched which was nice. Installation wasn't difficult for someone knowledgeable, but if inexperienced definitely make sure you read the instructions or get someone to help you. The finish is nice and not cheap looking.

Excellent value
I'm very happy with my new shower fixtures. They function perfectly and are very attractive. I wasn't sure I'd like the single flow rate with only temperature control, but for how I use this shower it's fine. Water flow/pressure is very good, in fact maybe too "hard" in the concentrated setting, so no problems at all with a 1.75GPM flow rate. I find the hose for the handheld a little short for dog washing, but that's an easy fix. Excellent pricing.

Low water pressure
Low water pressure on the spray handle. I even took it apart and drilled out the holes to try and get more “flow” or pressure. Nope. Just terrible spray nozzle that barely puts out any water. I’m a contractor. Sooo i kinda know what I’m talking about. Kind of.

Tub spout is 100% plastic
Mine came without the rough in valve cover and hot water plug for after rough in but before the tile is done. When I installed the shower elbow it did not tighten until the threads bottomed out. The reason behind this is because the threads don’t have enough taper. I have ordered a replacement shower elbow. It is not the rough in elbow in the wall because I had an iron pipe nipple and cap installed while I finished the tile with no issue. The tub spout is all plastic and has a flat spot on the top for style I guess, problem is when you are tightening the spout it scratches the tile. This wouldn’t be a problem if the spout was round where it meets the wall. The spout adapter comes with a set screw. Throw it away because it doesn’t screw in far enough and will destroy the plastic threads of the spout when you screw it on.

Incomplete kit received; Awful Customer Service
I bought this kit in early June. Received an incomplete kit. Parts were missing that were necessary to complete the install. Contacted customer service to let them know. I was told on June 15 that I would receive replacement parts in 8-10 days. It has now been 23 days and the order still has not shipped and shows zero progress via the tracking number provided. I’ve contacted customer service on three separate occasions and have been told the order shipped even though I can show via the tracking number that it still has not. So now I’m stuck with an incomplete shower/tub kit on the only bathroom in my house because customer service will not rectify the issue. Will never buy from Delta again. This has been a horrible experience.

Amazing Features!
I love this easy to Install Shower Head/w Faucet Kit. The kit doesn't take that long to install and it comes with easy to follow and detailed instructions. I like the color of this because even if i decide to change the colors and everything in my bathroom it will still match anything i choose. I like that there is a hand held shower head that fits perfectly into the other head so it doesn't take up any additional space to have both the hand held and stationary shower head. I like that you can choose the water setting for each shower head. The water flows through it amazingly its by far one of the best shower head/faucet that i have owned. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful showee fixtures
We are currently doing a remodeling job of our bathrooms in our home. I absolutely loved this set from Delta. The quality is unmatched. The pieces look perfect with the farmhouse style of our home. I know it's just a shower fixture but it really pulls the room together.
It's also very easy to keep clean with our hard water issues.
Also it is worth noting the shower items we replaced were also Delta and there is no telling the age of those.

With a new house came a lot of remodeling and upgrades. Bathroom was one of the first areas that needed a major overhaul. Our current shower head barely put out any water and not at a good pressure. We switched to this Delta fixture and I am very happy with the look and water pressure. It has different settings and you can remove the handle to better rinse yourself, a pet, or the tub when cleaning it. It looks nice and compliments our bathroom well!

Great upgrade for my outdated shower!
I love my new Two-in-One Shower! We recently remodeled my bathroom but didn’t update the shower – this replacement shower set is beautiful and completes the look of my remodel, perfectly matching my new Delta sink faucet. My husband found it relatively easy to install (reading the instructions is helpful!) The hand shower allows me to direct water to hard-to-reach body parts, and is especially helpful when cleaning the shower and rinsing away the cleaner. The massage settings feel great and the water pressure is good. I can also see how this would be a great product for people washing dogs. A high quality product from a reputable company!

I purchased this in February 2022 and finished the removing the bathroom in the fall of 2022. The hand held shower head no longer changes spray settings. Both the outer ring and inner ring stay on at all 4 setting locations. Warranty?

While the Delta 144840-I Shower Head does rotate 120 degrees, it does not allow enough rotation to be aimed vertically.
