I looked at the instructions for install and I don't see any instructions on the tub spout. Is it twist on or set screw?

I want to make sure this has a diverter to move the water from the spout to the shower head. I don't see the normal pin thing for the diverter, but the specs say it has a diverter.

The spout has a pull up diverter on the top of the tub spout.
