Not well made
Compared to the faucet that was put in 10 years ago, but this faucet was not at all comparable. Due to design, it was unable to be installed and had to be returned. Any savings from a refurbished model were eaten up with a $45 shipping charge to return it to the company.

Do the delta recertified shower trim kits include new cartridges for the valves? If so are these cartridges new?
