Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tub Diverter spout I bought the diverter spout and found my plumber said it would not work and he purchased the correct one that would fit. I called Delta and asked policy and was told to email photos of the box and unit to show in perfect condition. I did. I called repeatedly for two weeks and checked emails for a response. I called yesterday and was told the email was sent the day prior and if you don't see it look in your spam. I did find it and asked what is the policy and the young lady had to share the verbiage which I said you don't need to do that I just need to know, at this point I was very annoyed, she put me on hold as she didn't like my annoyance and I was angry at this point not getting answers and I've been waiting over two weeks. I read the email and now I had to send a letter explaining why I was returning which I said over two weeks ago in my first call. I threw the unit away and will never utilize this company again. The CSR said add the packing slip, there was no packing slip...I had the original envelope, box and unit all in perfect condition. Customer Service is awful and transparency of this firm is awful

Is there a replacement for the diverter in the spigot? I can no longer push the button down to divert the water to the spout and the spout leaks fiercely while the shower is on.

What is the flow rate of the shower valve, not the shower head? I'm looking for one that has the R10000-UNBX valve with the 17T cartridge

A faucet with R10000-UNBX, a 17T series trim kit, and 60psi water pressure has a flow rate of 7.8 GPM. Installation factors and the addition of a diverter would also impact the flow rate. Can the tub drop be capped off on a MultiChoice® Valve and a diverter valve added on the shower riser?

Can use this to retrofit a shower installed in 1993 without replacing the valve in wall?

The included cartridge cannot be used with the valve, but the trim will fit the existing cartridge. I currently own a temp.assure 20 in nickel. The cartridge is shot and has wires for water temp display. I don't use the display and would like to find something that could work in the current rough unit.The cartridge that fits the existing is EP78407.

Is this compatible with cartridge RP19804? If not can you direct me to what is? The delta I bought at HD trim hole is too small to go over it and the handle wouldn’t connect either .

My view.Portman valve was installed to replace existing . Plumbing was not changed but the valve opens with hot water first, the install direc said it should be cold then become warmer as you open it further. How can I switch that water flow. ?

Hi, I have a Delta RP33794 brass adapter installed on the pipe and need to replace the spout and trim kit. Would this product fit or any other ones that will fit on the adapter and just screw on the adapter? Please help! I need this in brushed nickel

I purchased a Delta Classic Tub/Shower combo of which we put a plug for the tub. We wanted this type to replace the exact type of shower only we had. My concern is the on/off handle will only go straight up for hot. Is this normal? OurOther went further.
