Tub Diverter spout
I bought the diverter spout and found my plumber said it would not work and he purchased the correct one that would fit. I called Delta and asked policy and was told to email photos of the box and unit to show in perfect condition. I did. I called repeatedly for two weeks and checked emails for a response. I called yesterday and was told the email was sent the day prior and if you don't see it look in your spam. I did find it and asked what is the policy and the young lady had to share the verbiage which I said you don't need to do that I just need to know, at this point I was very annoyed, she put me on hold as she didn't like my annoyance and I was angry at this point not getting answers and I've been waiting over two weeks. I read the email and now I had to send a letter explaining why I was returning which I said over two weeks ago in my first call. I threw the unit away and will never utilize this company again. The CSR said add the packing slip, there was no packing slip...I had the original envelope, box and unit all in perfect condition. Customer Service is awful and transparency of this firm is awful

Missing Oring and poor fit
I bought and installed 2 of these mixers and one had a missing o ring on the carriage that I had to go and buy and one of the 2 carriage assemblies were super tight and I had to file a burr off of an outer ring costing me time.

My home was built in 2005, it has a chrome single function tub/shower kit installed. Chrome trim says Delta Monitor. Will this kit kit fit without changing the rough in valve?

I have a Delta about 7 in round shower faucet with round plastic knob in polish brass. It is about 25 years ago. The faucet works okay but have redone shower and want oil rubber bronze trim. Do you have trim in oil rubbed bronze that would fit.

Can I cap off the tub spout for just a shower
