I had to install it myself so, while the steps themselves aren't complicated, it's just time-consuming & a little more difficult if you don't have another set of hands to help. Once I got it installed, it worked great right from the get-go. I love the overall design, the brushed finish & the single handle. I'm very happy with faucet!

The installation proved to be simple enough without any problems I couldn't figure out with a bit of tinkering and a call to a family member who usually does our plumbing work. We appreciate that the faucet sits a bit higher than our previous faucet, giving us more clearance overall. The finish on the faucet is quite nice and the Spotshield technology does make it more resistant to water spots. So far water flow is consistent and temperature control is as expected.

What is the height of the spout (from the sink to where the water comes out)?

We purchased the Dryden Faucet for one bath and are considering the Portwood for the next project. I am satisfied with the rate of water flow in the Dryden, but saw a review that the Portwood water at 1.2gpm was not great . Are they the same flow? Thanks.

Will the extra long pivot rod RP39922 work with this?

But in general, the faucet may contain: Bronze Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings) Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle) Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw) Copper (tubing) PEX-C (puck and tubing) Silicone (gaskets) Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses) Vinyl (hoses) Nylon Plastics Our SS- Stainless steel is a PVD finish, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process used to create a very durable, corrosion and tarnish-resistant finish.
