spill over ring did not match faucet color
I like the product, one start removed because while i got the faucet in gold, a spill over plug is nickel colored. It is visible, and to me this lacks attention to details. The reason I paid extra for the gold finish is that all other fixtures and handles in the bathroom are gold and a nickel colored ring really sticks out of place. Since the faucet was recently installed I cannot talk about its quality and longevity

Not a good purchase
The nozzle has given us continuous problems - from the moment it was installed, we've had to bring in a plumber multiple times. The toggle switch between spray and regular flow is faulty - it gets stuck in between -- causing it to emit a high pitched sound and spraying water everywhere.
Regular flow also regularly seems to be a problem - very little volume of water comes out until the nozzle is replaced, or some other fix which is usually only temporary until it happens again.
Also for the deep sink that we have this is simply too short a faucet - it splashes water all over the counter when we use. If we could replace it, we would choose something that is better made than this one. Its simply not good quality.

Nice form; NOISY
Great Looks, NOISY!!! Immediately after installing this faucet, a "clunking" sound was heard when the faucet was turned on or off. The clunking also occurred when moving the lever from hot to cold or cold to hot. Delta first sent a replacement cartridge and instructed me to flush the faucet. I replaced the cartridge then I flushed the faucet according to instructions for 60 seconds and about 12 gallons of water. No change in the clunking sound. This is a brand new installation, not days or years old. After 2 different Delta support personnel instructing how to fix the problem, and following those instructions, it seems this is a design deficiency or manufacturing anomaly.

Nice contemporary style
I trust Delta products. These faucets (i bought two) replaced the existing faucets I had. These have a better, softer stream, are better looking and one can take out the nozzle screen for ease of cleaning calcium deposits. I had to request the wrench as it didn’t come with the faucet as it was supposed to.

What are you supposed do with the quick connect lines when you have a conventional compression connection? Is this model available with only conventional connections (the one I received has BOTH)

Follow these steps to install a compression fitting on PEX:
Cut the PEX tubing to the required length using a PEX cutter.
Slide the compression nut onto the tubing.
Insert the compression ring over the tube.
Push the tubing into the fitting until it stops.
Tighten the compression nut using a wrench.

I had installed two ARVO faucets, model number 15840LF, and would like to replace the 1.2 gpm hidden aerators with a 1.8 or 2.2 gpm hidden aerators. How can I purchase these from Delta?

The Delta Faucet Arvo™ Single Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Champagne Bronze MODEL#: 15840LF-CZ aerator can be removed with the supplied wrench to be cleaned.
Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

The faucet's handle controls the temperature between full hot and full cold water. This model does not have an adjustable way to limit the maximum temperature.

Just bought 2 Arvo single handle faucets and installed. On both, when shutting off the water running fully open the faucets make a thumping or knocking noise. Tried bleeding the lines, but no avail. Solution?

The noise you are speaking of is caused by debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to get rid of any debris.
Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
