We purchased 4 of these bathroom faucets to replace 2 yr old top of the line AS faucets. These faucets didn’t shut off properly & resulted in water back flowing onto counters & under cabinets. The installation time including removal of the existing faucet & replacement with the Delta was approximately 1hr. Basically, my husband invested 4-5 hrs in this 4 faucet replacement project. We are so pleased with these faucets…appearance, height, extension of faucet over the sink, water flow & handling. I can turn off the faucets, walk away knowing they are going to leak back onto the countertops. My husband said we are going to stay with “Delta” due to reliability, quality, ease of installation & the ability to get replacement parts if needed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unable to Remove Handle to Check Cartridge We installed two of these faucets in our recent bathroom remodel (3 months ago). One unit has strong hot water but very poor cold water flow. The other faucet is working fine (they share the same vanity top). I am planning to check the cartridge... but have been unable to remove the handle (which has no set screw). Instructions say to align the handle forward and pull straight up... but after applying significant force, I still can't get it to budge. I have concerns about this product.

how does this collection stand up to hard water?

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! You can use any of our current faucets with well water and all of our products can be cleaned with the instructions below! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean microfiber cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a damp microfiber cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer's instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: · Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy-duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners. · Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. · Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes We appreciate your inquiry.
