Terrible water pressure Design issues
Wish we had never purchased this faucet. The deck plate that is provided does not cover the holes on a standard sink. It’s simply not big enough. What I don’t see advertised about this faucet is its unique spigot and water flow. Sadly that is unique in a bad way. I’ve had several plumbers ask if we have pressure issues because a very small amount of water comes out. The water comes up into the spigot and splits into two channels that come out on the far left and far right. They come out and are drawn towards one another, and it creates a beautiful spiral of waterflow. However, this design impedes the amount of water you get and no pressure. Our biggest issue is we have very hard water. So once the spigot begins to clog due to mineral buildup, the water flow is even worse and it looks crazy because it’s not coming out evenly on both sides. And you can’t mess with that or adjust it because it is two separate channels bringing the water together. We’ve had it less than a year and I wish so bad I’d never purchased it. It is a priority to replace this when we are able to do so I do not recommend it to anyone.
