Splashing faucet from
Faucet splashes all over the countertop
This is the worst faucet I've ever used and the customer experience is awful. This faucet splashes all over the countertop. The only way you would know that is after you buy the faucet and install it and once you do that, it cannot be returned. I spent hours today talking to 4 different people at Delta customer service and they said that's how the faucet is designed (with a stream straightner) and the issue is with the depth of the sink which makes no sense.
Do NOT buy this faucet or any other Delta product

Splashes everywhere; poor design
Splashes all over the vanity top when washing my hands. Why? Is this a design flaw? What can be done to resolve this issue? Please email me Delta; this was a very expensive purchase.

Beautiful, but so messy to use!
We installed this faucet with ease. It looks gorgeous in the bathroom. However, it's not practical to use. There's no way to wash your hands without splashing water all over the countertop! Sadly, going to have to remove it and replace it with something else.

Beautiful
It’s very pretty and functions well. The only thing is that spots show up easily on the chrome. Other than that I love it and it is an upgrade for sure.

Needs work
I like everything about the product except for the flow. I closed off the water valves a bit but I wonder if this faucet doesn’t have a flow restrictor installed. Water comes out with some force and splashes everywhere.

Q&A
Can you please re-upload the manual (107688 Rev J.pdf)? The file is corrupted and will not load. I'm hoping that you have updated it with instructions on how to remove the aerator. It seems like there is a tool missing that would assist in removing it.
Can it be used with a vessel sink?

My plumber asked how to take out the aerator on the Albion faucet for cleaning. It appears that it cannot be removed. Is that the case?

I loved the look of your Albion faucets and purchased 3 of them. However puddles of water splash on all sides of the surrounding counter top after every use! This occurs even with a low water flow. What is Delta's solution for this problem?
What else do i need to purchase with thus faucet
Hello!
You only need to purchase the 3/8" inlet lines that go between the faucet and the shut-off valves under the sink. They can be purchased at any big box home improvement or local hardware store.
