Beautiful, but so messy to use!
We installed this faucet with ease. It looks gorgeous in the bathroom. However, it's not practical to use. There's no way to wash your hands without splashing water all over the countertop! Sadly, going to have to remove it and replace it with something else.

It’s very pretty and functions well. The only thing is that spots show up easily on the chrome. Other than that I love it and it is an upgrade for sure.

Needs work
I like everything about the product except for the flow. I closed off the water valves a bit but I wonder if this faucet doesn’t have a flow restrictor installed. Water comes out with some force and splashes everywhere.

Is a 0.5 GPM aerated insert available for this model?

Unfortunately, we don't make a part to reduce the flow rate. For this faucet, the maximum flow rate is determined by the flow regulator located behind the cartridge.

Can you please re-upload the manual (107688 Rev J.pdf)? The file is corrupted and will not load. I'm hoping that you have updated it with instructions on how to remove the aerator. It seems like there is a tool missing that would assist in removing it.

My plumber asked how to take out the aerator on the Albion faucet for cleaning. It appears that it cannot be removed. Is that the case?
