I'm having a problem with the escunction plate. I'm installing this faucet on a three-hole sink. Once I tighten the mounting nut, the plate bows on the end of the plate. How do I make the plate sit flush? Readjusting the nut doesn't make a difference.

Hello, the brass fitting on the flexible supply hose broke and I need a replacement, is this covered under warranty? It's barely a year old. If not can I buy a replacement hose? I don't see it on your parts list under this faucet (15891LF-SP)

The fitting on the supply line is not available separately, unfortunately, the entire faucet would need to be replaced. I have included a link below to the Limited Warranty.

The BECKER™ Single Handle Centerset Faucet MODEL#: 15891LF-SP stopper can be removed by loosening the pivot nut and horizontal rod. You should then be able to remove the stopper.
