Good evening, Are returns accepted? I understand the warranty, but what is the appearance (like new, visibly used, scratched, etc.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly on DeltaFaucet.com, you may return the merchandise under the following conditions: NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS -Returned products must be in resalable condition. -Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase. -Items returned must have a minimum value of $15. -The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the product (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received). -Please reference the Host Order Number found on the packing list or shipping label, and/or the Purchase Order Number to ensure proper crediting.
