Thanks Influenster for allowing me to review this item, Delta Ashlyn color Champagne Bronze. This faucet design is very nice and the quality of this is
very durable. It is very modern design, stylish and unique. The faucet will be easy to clean and I tried wiping with safe cleaning products. It looks very experience and the price may be a little high but okay. The knobs are a bit stiff but feel strong to last. The color is very nice and it seems fingerprints are less visible on this. I hope thru the years the water stains are less visible for this color. It was difficult to install and instructions were easy to follow. I like that all the pieces are metal and the not plastic. All items for the faucet was in the box. The only problem with this faucet upon installing, was the fact it was leaking at the bottom. I would wet the faucet and somehow it made it thru the crevices and leak down. So I had to add more plumbers putty (thicker than usual) right under the faucet to create a better seal so it won't leak. Over all great faucet, very nice and very durable and modern. I would buy it if its slightly cheaper. The flow of this faucet is great.

Can this faucet be installed without the baseplate?
We have a 3 hole sink and would like to install the spout and handles directly on the sink surface without the baseplate. Can we do this and if so are all the parts we would need to do this included?

I have a new home and have all Delta faucets. Some of the blue and red color inserts (cold or hot water identifiers) are missing and I would like to know if you could send me some. Delta faucet 2564 are the model numbers - we have 5 faucets. Thank you

Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

The cold water handle on this sink faucet (Ashlyn, MODEL#: 2564-SSMPU-DST) has come loose. On page 10 of the Maintenance and Installation Sheet, it doesn't mention how to remove the handle button. I don't want to damage it. Help!

I have the 2564-mpu-dst faucet and it has a leak on the underside of the sink from the hot water handle. Do I need to replace the whole gasket plate which would require me to remove the entire faucet from the countertop?

The Ashlyn 2564-MPU-DST includes the Delta RP54977-1.2 aerator and wrench and the wrench can be used to remove the aerator. From there the spout body can be flushed clean and the aerator can be rinsed and soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for 15-30 minutes.

You will actually only need the RP54977 aerator wrench which you use at the end of the spout to remove the aerator. Once removed we recommend soaking it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to remove any mineral build-up.

RP83791 Are the hot and cold indicators for the faucet. It looks like there are screw threads where the hot and cold indicators go. Is there a screw that goes with the indicators?When I put the indicators in they are not very secure and easily fall out.

Low flow on our Delta Faucet ASHLYN® Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 2564-MPU-DST is normally caused by a blockage or debris, We would recommend flushing the unit. To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
