Look at a different options
Poor design… the lift rod is angled creating issues on install. Black coating will indent or chip if not careful. Be aware of space as most bathroom sinks have limited space to work with. This faucet is not recommended The length of the threaded section to thread the handles is so long that it takes up even more space below the sink This is an excessive amount not necessary unless your sink is almost 5 inches thick. This is not a good purchase especially for the price.

To replace the seats and springs in the CHAMBERLAIN™ Centerset Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 25747LF remove handles by turning the handle base counterclockwise. Remove the handle from the stem and remove the bonnet nut. Lift the stem unit straight out of the valve. Underneath, will be and rubber washer and spring, remove those and replace the new parts in reverse order. Be sue to install the valve assembly correctly for proper handle rotation.

I have a brand new Delta 25747LF-BL that was VERY low water pressure in the cold side. Can you remove the water sense feature, or do you have another suggestion as the pressure is unacceptable?

It is possible that a flush could resolve the flow issue with your CHAMBERLAIN™ MODEL#: 25747LF-BL. To flush the system remove the aerator using the supplied wrench and turn the faucet handles to the full on mixed position. Turn on hot and cold water supplies and flush water lines for one minute. This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts. Verify the seal is attached to aerator then reinstall. WaterSense® labeled faucet uses at least 20% less water than the industry standard without compromising performance, this is a feature that cannot be removed.

I have a delta chamberlain 25747LF-SP bathroom faucet and the aerator seems to be partially plugged and it is restricting the water flow. How can it be cleaned to get full water pressure?

Our Delta Faucet Chamberlain™ Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 25747LF aerator can be removed by using the included aerator wrench and soaked in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. We would also recommend flushing the faucet, I have included the instructions on flushing below.
Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench, a towel, and a bucket. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench, then pull the handle off of the stem unit. You will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next place the towel behind the back of the faucet, then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.

I like the design of this faucet but I would rather have a widespread faucet. If not do you have the shower/tub kit that would match this.....and if not can I use different style collections in the Brushed Nickel?

Does ther water spout swivel on this model or is it stationary? Also, can the drain lever be capped and use a pop up drain, or will it always have to stick up?

The spout is stationary. The faucet can be installed without the lift rod, but we don't carry a cap designed for the lift rod hole on the back of the faucet.

Can I order a replacement flange that was damaged in installation for a Chamberlain 25747LF-SP brushed nickel finish faucet?
25747LF-CZ Just installed, and water flow does not start until handles are engaged at least 1/4 to 1/3. Handles are horizontally in line with the faucet base when in closed position. Shouldn't the water start running as soon as the lever is engaged?
