Corrosion issues and worthless lifetime warranty
Installed three of these in our bathrooms and one of them corroded in less than a year. Customer service said this was not covered under their lifetime warranty. What on earth do they cover then?! Would not buy again

Design problems.
For the price, the faucet has been disappointing. Had to use plumber's tape to prevent leaking underneath basin. Water also collects at the drain flange, which does not have a downward slant to allow full drainage. Also, the bronze finish on the plug assembly came with subtle scratches on it.

Out of Box Defect
The plumber is here doing the installation as I write this. There is a seal or seam inside the faucet that is defective and is causing a water leak. I bought two of these faucets. He is going to remove the defective faucet and replace it with the second faucet I bought. He’ll then have to come back after I buy another one of these. Delta - would you consider reimbursing me for the plumbing costs related to the installation and removal of the defective faucet?

Nice, except…
Nice looking faucet, but a major flaw: the strainer part on the plug slows down the sink drainage to a snail’s pace. I wish I could remove it. I wish it could have been installed without it. I wouldn’t recommend it because of that issue.

Nice looking faucet
I purchased this faucet less than two weeks ago but so far I am pleased with it. I love the finish which keeps water spots from forming so far so it always looks nice. The spigot itself is quite high, which is one of my primary reasons for choosing it, so I can wash my hair conveniently in the bathroom sink! Love that feature. How long it lasts before giving me issues I do not know but I think Delta stands behind their products should something not be right on down the road.

We are having granite countertops installed. We bought this faucet for our plumber to install. The plumber sai we might need an extension kit. I can't find that. Can you give me a part number or a link to the extension kit?

How can I remove the screw down handle on the 25748LF, which seems to be stuck, without damaging the finish? I need to replace the spring and washer, because it is dripping.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help you.
You may want to wrap a cloth soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. To remove the handle you will press down firmly on the handle and turn the base of it counterclockwise until it completely unthreads from the faucet.

Not clear on whether this can be installed in a sink with no overflow drain, instructions and specs are silent as to this question.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 25748LF-SP Faucet, itself, can be installed on a sink with no overflow holes. However, the pop up drain assembly for the faucet does have overflow holes and requires a sink with overflow holes. The faucet can be used with an after market push pop up drain assembly such as the 72172-SS drain. Here is a link to this:

Does the aerator itself come apart for cleaning? I removed mine, cleaned it and pressure is better but not the same as before. I couldn't tell if the centerpiece of the aerator is removable and didn't want to force it.
