Rated 1 out of 5 by from Corrosion issues and worthless lifetime warranty Installed three of these in our bathrooms and one of them corroded in less than a year. Customer service said this was not covered under their lifetime warranty. What on earth do they cover then?! Would not buy again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Design problems. For the price, the faucet has been disappointing. Had to use plumber's tape to prevent leaking underneath basin. Water also collects at the drain flange, which does not have a downward slant to allow full drainage. Also, the bronze finish on the plug assembly came with subtle scratches on it.
Date published: 2026-04-01
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Out of Box Defect The plumber is here doing the installation as I write this. There is a seal or seam inside the faucet that is defective and is causing a water leak. I bought two of these faucets. He is going to remove the defective faucet and replace it with the second faucet I bought. He’ll then have to come back after I buy another one of these. Delta - would you consider reimbursing me for the plumbing costs related to the installation and removal of the defective faucet?
Date published: 2024-01-22
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, except… Nice looking faucet, but a major flaw: the strainer part on the plug slows down the sink drainage to a snail’s pace. I wish I could remove it. I wish it could have been installed without it. I wouldn’t recommend it because of that issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it, BUT The Aerator broke in less than 2 months. And what a pain it is to find parts!
Date published: 2023-03-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faucet Purchased yesterday installed today 01/24/2023, it was a pretty easy install since I was able to remove the faucet and sink.
Date published: 2023-01-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking faucet I purchased this faucet less than two weeks ago but so far I am pleased with it. I love the finish which keeps water spots from forming so far so it always looks nice. The spigot itself is quite high, which is one of my primary reasons for choosing it, so I can wash my hair conveniently in the bathroom sink! Love that feature. How long it lasts before giving me issues I do not know but I think Delta stands behind their products should something not be right on down the road.

What would make the hot or cold water handle stick?

Asked by: Tom13
Hi Tom13, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 25748LF-SP. If the handle sticks, I first recommend cleaning any buildup on the handle. There also could be sediment or debris trapped in the handle valve. Or the RP100192 stems may need to be replaced. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Just installed mod# 25748lf, it leaks through the center hole in the sink, where the plunger control passes through????????!!!!!

Asked by: Angry
Hello Delta Faucet Customer, Thank you for contacting us! I am happy to help you! If you have a metal drain assembly, we recommend that you first check to be sure the strap assembly that operates the stopper is properly adjusted and the nut holding the horizontal rod in the drain assembly is tight (snug against the tailpiece). Be sure the stopper is properly adjusted so when the lift knob is pulled up the stopper is allowed to drop down. The stopper is pulled down when installed in the vandal-resistant bail position. If any section hits underneath the counter or sink, the stopper cannot drop far enough to provide a seal. If everything is adjusted properly then check the amount of sealant (plumber's putty or silicone) between the flange and the lavatory bowl itself. If you encounter a sink with an unusually rough surface, it may be necessary to use sealant instead of the gasket in regards to a non-metallic pop-up assembly. If there is insufficient sealant between the bowl and flange, water will leak out of the bowl into the drain, even with the stopper in the full closed position. Water will not leak into the cabinet. The water will seep into the drain through the overflow holes in the drain body. It is possible to determine if you have insufficient sealant by using a rubber plug to seal the drain opening only; do not cover the outside of the drain flange. If the leak continues, there is a need to apply more sealant. Plumbing code permits that stoppers can leak no more than a gallon per hour with 6 inches of water in the bowl. [ASME A112.18.1-2000 6.7.2] The cap on the stopper is not designed to be flush with the flange. The seal is provided by the weight of the water holding the rubber seal against the flange. Please contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Best Regards, Emma

Asked by: Richard
Hello Valued Customer, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue the SANDOVER® Centerset Lavatory Faucet MODEL#: 25748LF-SP. To flush the system, turn of the water supplies. Remove the aerator using the supplied wrench or coin and turn the faucet handles to the full on mixed position. Turn on the hot and cold water supplies and flush the water lines for one minute. This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to the internal parts. Check all the connections for leaks. Replace the aerator. Re-tighten if necessary, but do not overtighten. We also recommend replacing the Stem Unit, Seats & Springs, And Bonnet Nut MODEL#: RP100192 after flushing.
