screen congestion from
impossible to maintain
Beautiful to look at but impossible to get the screen out to clean the spigot. When frozen pipes release particles they are trapped in the spigot screen. After a few winter months the congestion stopped all water flow and we do not have a tool to release the screen.

FAUCETS
If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed my order with Lowes on 3/14 and my delivery was 3/19 and on this date my order is still being processed. I called Lowes, which they talked to Delta and customer service said they are on back order, but I called the company and they said they had 19 in stock. Common sense why not just send me one for the price I paid through Lowes. They told they couldn't do that. I updated my counter tops and have two sinks without faucets. I should not have to compromise with something I didn't want, I really had my heart set on these faucets, but I can't get them until 4/22 and can't wait that long. I even talked to a manager and they would not compromise with price matching on anything. If this happens to you, please cancel your order and use another company. I am so baffled, because what happened to "customer service"? Below is a pic of my double sink vanity without faucets...

DELTA FAUCET
If I could give this company, no stars at all. I have been in my house without water for 3 days and finally found two faucets I wanted for the downstairs bathroom & kitchen. I have two sinks without faucets. Delta will not compromise with me to make sure I have something for my upstairs bathroom. Delta wants me to pay double vs what I paid for at Lowes. My order was places on 3/14 and pick up date is 3/19 but the product is back order from Lowes and I wont get until 4/22, but Delta has them in stock, and will not at least try to compromise with price matching or sending out to me. If this happens to you, please cancel your order. Now I have to compromise for something else, and I should not have too. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Here is a picture of missing faucets since 3/14 courtesy of Delta.

Bad design for drain
Bought this unit for a bathroom to give it a modern look. 8 months later the drain will not seal despite multiple attempts at adjusting the drain pop up. Very disappointed considering the price. Appears to be a faulty design by Delta.

Beautiful faucet with great features
I just love this faucet! It’s beautiful. Very worth the money. The pull down hose is great for rinsing out the sink. I can also depend on Delta to have the parts to fix it if needed.
