Contains wrong cartridge
Purchased the Broadmoor 25765-BLPD model. However after installing 2 of them both do not work - no water coming out. Disassembled the handles containing the cartridge and found that the cartridge is wrong! Not sure how that a company can allow a unit to go to production without testing to ensure it works, but apparently Delta does. Did call and speak to Customer Rep and did a video chat - he agreed the cartridge is incorrect and is sending a replacement - so we will see what I get. So far disappointed in the experience. Too much $$ spent for this to be an issue.

Valve stems sent without grease
Purchased a Delta faucet that ended in hot cold valves turning on very hard within 2 months (lack of grease on valve stem gaskets). Customer service with excellent and sent replacement valve stems however the valve stems to include metal parts and rubber gaskets were sent in one box unprotected and bounced around cutting the gaskets. I guess the worst part is the kit did not contain any grease which was the initial problem.

Our contractor installed 2 of these faucets in our main bathroom. We bought them through our local Home Depot. There is a small in-line filter that got clogged and needs to be replaced. Can you send me a Parts Diagram so we can obtain the part number?

Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company. I am sorry to hear that your Broadmoor® Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 25765LF-SPPD is clogged, which can be very frustrating. I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you!
Furthermore, I have included a link below to the parts diagram to show the parts available, however, we would also recommend flushing when there is a clog. Please see these steps below:
Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 5 of the maintenance and installation sheet.

A. Rotate the handle base by about 45 degrees and pull up on the handle to remove.
B. Once removed, slide the handle off the stem
C. Remove the bonnet nut to reveal the cartridge/Stem
D. Next remove the seats and springs, located in the valve.
Next, place the towel behind the back of the handle, then put the bucket over the top of the towel covering the opening in the valve. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.

Where does the thin rubber washer that came with the Pop-Up assembly go on the Pop-Up assembly? It does not show it in the instructions.

Our Delta model 25765LF-SPPD comes with a push pop up, this includes a rubber washer at the bottom under the counter in between the nut and the bowl.

Is the boadmoor mpu? What does mpu mean? Is it really only available at Lowe’s not Delta?

Our Delta faucet 25765LF-SPPD is a PPU model, PPU stands for Plastic pop up and MPU stands for metal pop up. Also this faucet is only available through Home Depot.

Spring tensioner fell out & went down the drain. Where can I purchase a replacement part?

These broadmoor bathroom faucet is listed at 1.2 gpm. Ca state law limits faucets to 2.2 gpm. Why can't I buy this faucet if I live in CA?
