Rated 2 out of 5 by from Contains wrong cartridge Purchased the Broadmoor 25765-BLPD model. However after installing 2 of them both do not work - no water coming out. Disassembled the handles containing the cartridge and found that the cartridge is wrong! Not sure how that a company can allow a unit to go to production without testing to ensure it works, but apparently Delta does. Did call and speak to Customer Rep and did a video chat - he agreed the cartridge is incorrect and is sending a replacement - so we will see what I get. So far disappointed in the experience. Too much $$ spent for this to be an issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Valve stems sent without grease Purchased a Delta faucet that ended in hot cold valves turning on very hard within 2 months (lack of grease on valve stem gaskets). Customer service with excellent and sent replacement valve stems however the valve stems to include metal parts and rubber gaskets were sent in one box unprotected and bounced around cutting the gaskets. I guess the worst part is the kit did not contain any grease which was the initial problem.

Is Broadmoor 2-handled centerset bath faucet: Watersense certified? what are GPM? Does it have diamond technology?

This faucet has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 GPM @ 60 psi. Unfortunately, it does not have the Diamond Seal® Technology. Please reach out with further questions! Do the broadmoor pull down chrome bathroom faucet has accessories that goes with it, ie towel rack etc.

I have the broadmoor pull down bathroom faucet in nickel finish. How do you get rid of the “plastic” taste from the cold water side. It’s been in for a month now.

Hi Roboink, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that flushing the BROADMOOR® Two Handle Centerset Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 25765LF-PD could resolve this issue. To do this, shut off the water supplies, remove the aerator using the supplied wrench or coin and turn the faucet handles to the full on mixed position. Turn on the hot and cold water supplies and flush the water lines for one minute. This fushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts. Replace the aerator. i saw the question about the spray feature for the pull down Broadmoor 25765LF-PD but have not see a button in picture or video. What model has the spray feature on the pull down when rinsing the sink? Is it the 25765LF-SPPD model?

I can't identify a black plastic piece from my broadmoor faucet box by the instructions. it's a tube, wider on one end, and kind of looks like the top of a castle tower with square teeth. to each side is arm with a crescent opening, one larger. a wrench?
