How/why was this faucet refurbished? Is there a problem with this line of faucets? What is your usual warranty, new out of the box vs refurbished?

Our recertified products are unused and returned from dealers or retailers and inspected to meet our quality standards. It would not be reworked or refurbished other than possibly replacing the packaging.
