No available aerator for this faucet
I called in today for help finding an aerator for this faucet and was told I cannot buy it on Delta's website because they do not have it available. The supervisor informed me to look at other hardware stores such as Home Depot or Lowes. Both stores do not sell this aerator. This is extremely frustrating that the company who makes this faucet, does not have the hardware available. If you find this review, DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET.

Just installed it and the cold water side is leaking through and dripping from the faucet every 5 seconds. Hopefully they will replace the cartridges and springs/gaskets. Very dissatisfied.

Purchased Delta Portwood 25770LF chrome at home depot, this faucet came with drain with overflow holes, Sink does not have overflow hole, need drain without overflow hole that will work with this faucet. Home Depot does not sell any.

One of the handles and it’s base slightly rock. It seems a bit loose. How do I fix this? The instructions say you can turn the handle base counterclockwise to remove it but won’t budge. I don’t want to break my brand new faucet. Is there a “how to” video?

how do you remove the cartridge to repair a leaky faucet? there is a plastic ring covering part of the bolt holding the cartridge in the stem.

Remove the set screw from under the handle with a 1/8th allen wrench, then remove the bonnet nut with a crescent wrench. Our Delta Faucet Delta PORTWOOD™ Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Chrome
MODEL#: 25770LF would need to be flushed, debris or blockage could cause the faucet to have lower than normal flow.
Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. Remove handles by turning the handle base counterclockwise, next you will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush.
Next, place the towel behind the back of the faucet, then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.

I purchased and installed 2 Delta Portwood 4 in. centerset 2-handle bathroom faucets in spotshileld brushed nickel on 9/19/22. The aerator wrenches included in the packaging:D106616 L1 and L4 are not the correct ones to remove the aerators.

What aerator do I need to replace the old one
Both handles and body pop off the cartridge and i can't seem to put them back on. Do the screws inside also help tighten the handles so that they don't over turn?

Can you tighten handle? The cold water handle has become loose and comes right off. After putting back on, when I turn on water everything is fine but when turn off, the entire knob moves with it and then you can again just pull the entire knob off.

I had the bathroom refinished, now the hot water from the faucet, model: 25770LF is only getting lukewarm. No problem with any other faucets or showers. I use a Bosch tankless NG water heater which indicates that the flow rate is too low.

The handles were loose. I removed both by turning the base. The cold went back on easy. The hot base will go on but not the right base size (smallest) faces out below off handle.

No matter hot, cold, or both my portwood faucet produces no water until handle(s) are more than halfway on. Is this adjustable?
Please refer to the Technical Specifications to view current flow rate information. Please check for debris in the screen as this is the most common cause of reduced flow. To ensure that you are getting the correct flow rate, please run water into a bucket for 1 minute and measure the amount of water. You may also need to flush the faucet out for debris.

Just purchased three(3) Portwood Delta bathroom faucets. I see they do not come with hot/cold water connection hoses. What hoses does Delta recommend/ sell? Are the hose available on your website for direct purchase?

The supply hoses should have 1/2" IPS connections. They may be called FIP for female iron pipe. We don't have a recommended hose, unfortunately.

Is centerset Portwood chrome spot free? What is best for cleaning it?

Thank you for your question, I would be happy to help you.
We would recommend to always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use.
Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:
Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner.
Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.
Avoid bleach-based cleaners.

Is there a water saver in the faucet as we just installed the faucet but the water flow is much lower than our old faucet

Is there a replacement drain tube (part of assembly RP62472) for sinks without an overflow drain? The included tube has holes at the top, and I need one that does not.

The drain trim is not sloped enough (or at all) and is creating a moat for water to collect instead being directed down the drain. Can a different drain trim piece be bought that fits this model. We have 3 more to install but not if problem continues.
