FaucetIt's an ok product. Hard to keep base seal in place when tightening down. If base rocks because vanity mounting holes are not perfect, seal will pop out of place. Also, instructions ,107686 Rev h, don't explain where the flat seal washer goes.

Where can I obtain a replacement seal for the pop up drain? This seal is approximately one inch in diameter (unsure of exact measurement since mine has stretched) and seals the drain when activated.

The instructions in the box do not say what to do with the flat rubber washer that is above the cone shaped washer on the drain assembly.
Instructions say to remove it prior to installation, but never mention it again. What do I do with it?
Asked by: GBanks
Hi GBanks,
Thank you for your question!
You will remove it and discard it. It is not necessary for installation.

I have 3 holes in my counter and just recently my Caffrey faucet started leaking into my cabinet through the middle hole. I don't see any way to take the faucet apart, so not sure if my install is the issue or if it is a faulty faucet.
