Drips after install.
Giving a 1 star because it drips once every 20 seconds, and I just installed it. Not sure how to fix the drip. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.

Great look & features
Love it!! But, the Popup drain assembly will not fit my old sink set in a very well tiled cabinet! Do not want to break tile and replace 2 sinks!
Need 1 1/4 inch diameter for the actual drain hole for threads to fit!

Popp quality part.
The push pop-up drain plug failed after less than 2 months. The "O" ring keeps falling off. When this happens water will not stay in the sink when the push pop-up is down, and also at the same time the water drains very slowly.

Beautiful Bathroom Sink Faucet
The Knoxville Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Sink Faucet is beautifully designed. It was very easy to install, as I am not a plumber. This product uses 20% less water, which saves money. It has a lifetime warranty, too. I love it and recommend this product.

Great features!
I bought this a month ago and I am so happy that I did because not only is it gorgeous it’s a very nice working great quality faucet! Fits easy to install also! You only need a handful of things to install it. There’s step by step directions that come with about 3 easy steps and it’s installed. It’s a beautiful delta center set bathroom faucet a 4” centerset, easy to install push pop drain and it’s all included!

Gorgeous faucet
This Delta faucet is so gorgeous and stylish. Not only does it look great it’s is really well made and was so easy to install. Love the height on faucet which is a little higher than a normal bathroom faucet. Have received so many compliments since putting in our guest bathroom.

How do you remove the handles

Can you please tell me (or show me a video) how I can change the cartridge (#RP101069) in the Delta Knoxville (#25854LF-SS) faucet? Thank you!

Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
Please refer to the directions on replacing the cartridge.
You will need an adjustable wrench, a towel, and bucket.
1. Please first turn off the water supply to the faucet.
2. Remove the handle by holding onto the lever and rotating the base counterclockwise
3. With the wrench, thread the bonnet nuts counterclockwise to remove them.
4. You will expose the brass stem units. Please take a photo or take notes on how these are oriented.
It is recommended to flush the unit before installing new parts. I will provide directions below.
1. Place a towel around the backside of the faucet.
2. Place the bucket over the top of the towel, and ask someone to hold on to the bucket.
3. Turn on water supplies and flush the water for about 30 seconds to a minute.
4. Shut off water supplies and proceed to put the new parts in.
Typically, the quarter-turn stops on the left (hot) handle will be on the front side (close to you), and the right (cold) handle will be on the backside (away from you). If you reinstall the handles and find that they aren't turning in the right direction, rotate the stem 180º and check for proper handle rotation.

Does the Knoxville stainless model have spot shield technology to prevent water spots?
I need a pop up assembly that will fit an old shallow sink 1/ 1/4 diameter for top drain in sink. The one with the faucet set is too big🥲

The drain assembly comes with a "flat" o ring seal that is not shown in the assembly pictures. What is it for?

The flat seal can be used on the bottom of the flange, however, you can also use silicone sealant to seal the water.
