Really bad pressure and knob doesn’t work to deliver hot water smoothly
The water pressure is very low and the water controller knob is very sensitive, the hot water comes only towards the last part of the turn and it’s too hot at the end . Not balanced

Beware of Terrible Hand Shower Hose
We're remodeling 3 bathrooms. Bought this shower system for one of the bathroom and we're extremely disappointed with quality and looks of the hand shower hose, it's a cheap plastic that curls up and there's no way to make it hang down as shown in the item picture, I also have been searching for a metal hose alternative to replace the poor quality / cheap plastic hose that comes with the system and there are no matte black metal option.
The rest of the Delta shower system did bring a metal hose and look great, but this one in particular it's trash.

Wish it had water pressure adjustment!
Beautiful, but I wish there was an adjustment for water pressure. It’s pretty weak, and if you take out the restrictor, it’s way too strong.

Shower Arm is Too Short
I was very excited to have a rain shower head in our new shower. I was greatly disappointed after it was installed by our plumber.
The key problem is that the shower head arm is rather short and to get the full effect of the “rain” you would have to stand up against the shower valve. I had to had a custom arm made to extend the shower head out so we can stand in a normal area of the shower.
I just want future purchasers to know about this design fault. Shame on the engineering team who did not catch this problem. (I am a design engineer engineer myself)

Great value.
I dare you to find a better value. It’s solid. The wall elbow is cast and polished, shower head is huge, I prefer these next generation cover plates, everything adds up for an overall great product for price point. Now they are going to raise the price when they read this. Better get it now.

Beautiful and elegant
Absolutely beautiful set for a shower. You have to make sure that you have just a shower not a tub. It is made for a walk-in shower. Decent water pressure and as always Delta is very durable and very functional. The design is absolutely elegant and the installation was a bitcrazy. But finally done and the bathroom is not finished yet, but that is in the shower. I’ll try to post more pictures once it’s complete.

Can I purchase the Modern series handheld shower and switch with a Delta massage 3 settings round handheld shower? Please let me know. I am looking for the modern series but with a massage round handheld.

We installed the delta modern 14 in matte black. The rain shower head has very limited water and pressure - the wand is very high pressure. Is there any way to adjust these?
We just installed the same set and noticed the same limited water and pressure issue. I am trying to find information if the pressure balanced cartridge has an adjustment screw or component that can be removed.
