Rated 1 out of 5 by from shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work. The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

I have this installed and my diverter handle is missing the set screw. The hole doesn't appear threaded so not sure if it is missing a sleeve as well. Is there a part I can purchase or do i need to order an entire diverter handle?

I install the handshower on the right side of the rain shower.  How do I switch the controller valve to do this? It is only going to the left side.

Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The R22000 valve that is included with our 342701-CZ is required to have the right port plugged as this model only has two components. If the other port is plugged and you are using more than two components, the RP51918 can be purchased in place of the non-shared included. How do I get more water pressure out of the system. When I make the water hot it is closer to the off switch and decreases the pressure is there any way I can have the hot water side closer to the on switch instead of the cold water being near the on side

How can I control the temperature using the lower handle? It seems like I can't adjust both volume and temperature simultaneously. For instance, I want to achieve a very low flow with hot water.

The bottom handle turns on the faucet and controls the temperature. Our 17 and 17T series showers include volume control. Hello, just installed the modern monitor 14 series and the handle is not reaching the adapter for me to install the valve handle. Do you sell an adapter extension?

We have fully installed the shower head and it’s working great.  The only issue we are having is the water temperature.  When we turn to hot, the water only gets to Luke warm at best. Any suggestions for getting the water hotter?
