Great looking shower set.
Great looking product, seems to function well. Only criticism is with the installation instructions as some items pictured were not applicable to my unit and my "square" fittings compared to the typical circular ones. Because of the design of the handheld sprayer and mount, an ideal situation would be to offer a second mount, independent from the inlet pipe, so the inlet connection could replace a standard shower head connection, then the mount for the sprayer dropped lower to accommodate shorter shower heights. I ended up buying a second handheld unit and not using the one included in this kit.

Does this system have internal shut offs nd complots with Broward county permitting

The included valve rough does not have stops or shut-offs. A valve rough with shut-offs is available as R22000-WS.

With the Monitor system, if there is a sudden large temperature differential, how does the Monitor system react?

Thank you for your question! A Delta Monitor pressure balance valve reacts to changes in water pressure. There is a spool in the cartridge that is engineered to keep the water temperature within a safe ±3.6° F. See here for more information:

Please describe in detail what parts if any of this product are plastic. I am looking for a product that all aspects are stainless steel. If there are plastic and rubber internal seals then that is understandable.
