I was a bit concerned that this wouldn't have great water pressure, but it's perfect. The sprayer is strong which helps during showers and cleaning. The rainfall head has great pressure too. It does get water spots and fingerprints. If you want something that stays completely spot free, this isn't for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work. The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

I have this installed and my diverter handle is missing the set screw. The hole doesn't appear threaded so not sure if it is missing a sleeve as well. Is there a part I can purchase or do i need to order an entire diverter handle?

Hi, we are installing the Monitor 14 series and we would like the shower arm that connects to the rain shower head to be longer, we are very close to the wall.  It is currently 15 1/4 inches - I tried to find options but help would be great!  Brushed Nick

Does this shower system allow changes to flow/force of water.

Can the showerhead and handheld run at the same time? The description says that its showerhead only or handheld only but staff answers says I can run both at the same time.

A shower company Installed this unit.  Water is not hot enough. Is there a way to increase the temperature?

why does this product show a prop 65 cancer warning? do i need to be concerned?

We are providing Prop 65 warning labels simply to inform consumers that the product contains chemicals on the State of California’s Prop 65 list. For Model#: 342701-SP, it has shower valve and diverter on the Rough in valve RS22000. Can the extensions RP77991 be used for the Shower valve at the thick wall? The extension for the Diverter is RP90542-SS, right?

Hi, ive purchased Delta 342701-sp.May I use 3 function RP 71718 diverter instead of 2 function to connect tub spout ?

Hi Anna, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 342701-SP. The included diverter cartridge can be replaced with 3-setting non-shared RP71718. We don't recommend connecting a tub spout to a shower diverter. It will work, but the flow will be reduced compared to a valve designed for filling a tub. Also, air pressure may trap some water in the pipe to the tub spout that can drip out over time, depending on the geometry of the tub spout. Please reach out with any additional questions!
