Needs better water pressure
The product is nice but my problem with it it that is doesn’t have enough water pressure, especially the wand which would be nice if it had a pressure adjustment valve like most handhelds do. The cord on the handheld also is still very stiff , even after a few weeks of usage.

This is a beautiful, high quality system. I have a well and previously our shower head didn't have a lot of pressure. I was a bit concerned that this wouldn't have great water pressure, but it's perfect. The sprayer is strong which helps during showers and cleaning. The rainfall head has great pressure too. It does get water spots and fingerprints. If you want something that stays completely spot free, this isn't for you.

shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work.
The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

Can I purchase the Modern series handheld shower and switch with a Delta massage 3 settings round handheld shower? Please let me know. I am looking for the modern series but with a massage round handheld.
I'm curious if Jam18511 ended up switching out the handheld with the Delta Massage 3 as we are also considering doing the same thing? And if so, how do you like the Massage 3?

I recently purchased a 342701-sp and after the cement board and tiles were installed realized the it was to far in. Is there a longer diverter cartridge.

We installed the delta modern 14 in matte black. The rain shower head has very limited water and pressure - the wand is very high pressure. Is there any way to adjust these?
We just installed the same set and noticed the same limited water and pressure issue. I am trying to find information if the pressure balanced cartridge has an adjustment screw or component that can be removed.

If you need to divert water to more than the two showering components shown in this model then we recommend model 342702 which features a six-function diverter system. This will allow you to divert water to an additional showering component.

I have installed the hand shower on the right side of the trim and I've covered the left side valve outlet. The hand shower is not receiving any water. Please advise

Unfortunately the right port must be capped off and not the left side. This will need to be reversed in order to allow water to the hand shower.
